Return and Exchange Policy
We do not offer any refunds. Exchanges are allowed within seven business days from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with tags attached . If an item has been worn or we detect any odor we will not honor the exchange and will ship it back to you. We do not cover the shipping cost on any returns.
All our merchandise is inspected before shipping. We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package if there are any manufacture defects or an item is broken. All zippers are tested before your order is fulfilled and we can't take fault if a zipper is broken due or a seam is ripped due to the fact it was forced while trying on.
Non-returnable items: We do not offer exchanges on intimate apparel or swimwear. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not credited.
All sale and discounted items are final sale.
We only replace items if they are damaged to to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All returned items must be sent using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item without you providing a tracking number.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Nia's Boutique caters to women from size small to plus size.
A lot of our items run true to size, we order from multiple suppliers and the sizing may vary. Some item can run smaller or bigger, please read the description on each item before placing your order. If you are in between two sizes please take a size up or if you have any questions please call us at 1-438-868-6667. Please be advised the size chart should only be used as a general guideline.
